The Open Society Foundation Albania (OSFA), in partnership with the Tampere University of Applied Sciences, Finland (TAMK), is currently implementing the âEU 4 Inclusive Teachingâ project, funded by European Union. The project is implemented in collaboration with the Central Financing and Contracting Unit (CFCU), acting as the Contracting Authority and the Ministry of Education and Sport (M0ES) as the beneficiary institution
To advance with project activities Activity 1.4: Developing tools supporting the project, and activity 2.3 Open Society Foundation for Albania, is looking for a qualified company to: Develop/implement/configure a responsive digital learning platform website and mobile app, technical specifications for resources for teachers to access training, teaching content and collaborative tools.
In particular with this procurement, OSFA, requires to develop a customised software (LMS based Platform) that works both on desktop devices and on mobile for IOS and Android users available online and offline synchronization for education stakeholders including mentors, ToT, teachers, instructors, of pre-university education, regional education directorates, Ministry of Education and Sports and international stakeholders contributing to pre-higher education. The platform should be in two languages English and Albanian;
The Company is required to provide training and maintenance services for the duration of the contract.
